Standard Specifications
Bed - 7" deep x 12 gauge formed and painted steel channel frame,
bolted together with butt couplings.
Rollers - 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge galvanized steel rollers on
3" centers.
Accumulation Zones - 24" long brakes, air operated.
Sensor Roller - 1" diameter aluminum roller with one sensor roller
for each accumulation zone.
Pulse Feature - Special air valves brake the rollers as product depresses
sensor rollers. Keeps trailing products from hitting leading products which eliminates
product damage. Also helps to "dense pack" all zones with various product sizes
when full line accumulation is desired.
Filter, Regulator - Supplied with equipment for each run of accumulation
conveyor. To be field installed in main air supply line.
Air Requirements - Recommended working air pressure - 35 to 40 PSI. Free
air consumption at 40 PSI - .0062 cu.ft. per sensor actuation.
Capacity - 60 lbs per foot. Capacity will vary with angle of decline.
Consult factory for assistance with capacity for angles greater than five degrees.
