All orders are subject to acceptance by ACSI. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days for approved credit accounts. ACSI reserves the right to require advance payment or credit card payment for new accounts.
Zip Ship orders must be standard catalog models in standard sizes. Custom configurations do not qualify. Orders must be received by 2:00 PM CST. If ACSI fails to ship a qualifying Zip Ship order on time, ACSI will pay the freight charges.
Returned merchandise requires prior written authorization from ACSI. Standard restocking charges apply. Custom-engineered products cannot be returned.
