Medium Duty Slider Bed Belt Conveyor
ACSI Model LPB is a medium-duty slider bed belt conveyor for steady movement of cartons, totes, packaged goods, and other compatible products. The continuously supported belt creates a smooth work surface for packing, inspection, sorting, assembly, testing, and general horizontal transport. Multiple belt widths, side-table options, and available belt materials make the LPB a flexible choice when the load fits its published capacity.

Standard Specifications
Belt — 8″, 12″, 18″, 20″, 24″ and 30″ Black PVC 120 Belt.
Bed — 12 gauge powder painted formed steel, 4″ deep. 5′ and 10′ sections bolted with splice plates.
Drive Pulley — 4″ and 8″ diameter crowned, fully lagged.
Floor Supports — Adjustable 28-1/2″ to 42-1/2″ floor to top of belt.
Motor — ½ HP 230/460-3-60 TE motor.
Belt Speed — 60 FPM constant.
Capacity — 75 lbs. per linear foot maximum.
Optional Equipment
Nitrile belts (white or black), PVC rough top, side tables (10″, 16″, 22″), guard rails, castered supports, ceiling hangers, gravity brackets, nose-over, center drive, variable speed drives, electrical controls.
