Heavy Duty Slider Bed Belt Conveyor
ACSI Model HPB is a heavy-duty slider bed belt conveyor for demanding horizontal transport and work-process applications. Its continuously supported belt provides a stable surface for packing, inspection, sorting, assembly, testing, and movement of compatible unit loads. The deeper frame and higher published capacity distinguish the HPB from the medium-duty LPB when the product, duty cycle, or application calls for a more substantial conveyor.

Standard Specifications
Belt — 12″, 14″, 18″, 24″, 30″ and 36″ Black PVC 120 Belt.
Bed — 12 gauge powder painted formed steel, 6-1/2″ deep. 5′ and 10′ sections.
Drive Pulley — 8″ diameter crowned and fully lagged.
Floor Supports — Adjustable 31″ to 45″ floor to top of belt.
Motor — ½ HP 230/460-3-60 TE motor.
Belt Speed — 60 FPM constant.
Capacity — 100 lbs. per linear foot maximum.
Optional Equipment
Nitrile belts, PVC rough top, guard rails, castered supports, ceiling hangers, nose-over, center drive, overhead drive, variable speed, electrical controls.
