Medium Duty Modular Plastic Slider Bed Conveyor
ACSI Model MPB is a medium-duty modular plastic slider bed conveyor for transporting, diverting, merging, and low-pressure accumulation of compatible products. Its interlocking polypropylene belt slides on a stationary UHMW bed and is positively driven by molded sprockets. This construction classifies the MPB as a slider bed conveyor while providing a different carrying surface and drive arrangement than conventional fabric-belt slider bed models.

Standard Specifications
Belt Width — 12″, 18″, 24″, 30″ and 48″ wide, 1″ grey polypropylene thermoplastic modular belt.
Bed — 7″ deep x 12 gauge powder painted formed steel. UHMW carrying surface.
Sprockets — 5.8″ pitch diameter molded polyamide thermoplastic.
Motor — ¾ HP 230/460-3-60 TE motor.
Belt Speed — 60 FPM constant.
Capacity — 200 lbs. per foot maximum.
