Portable Small Parts Belt Conveyor

Standard Specifications
Belt — 3 ply PVG (oil resistant PVC) with 1½″ molded cleats on 12″ centers. Widths: 4″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″, 16″, 18″ and 24″.
Bed — 6½″ deep x 12 gauge powder painted formed steel with 3½″ high solid guard rails both sides.
Portable Supports — Heavy duty pipe support with 4″ diameter casters for easy mobility.
Drive — Overhead drive, 10″ clearance over belt standard.
Optional Equipment
Variable speed drives, electrical controls. Contact ACSI for special belt and cleat configurations.
